Wholesale Candles FAQ

Are your candles all hand poured?
Yes they are. We take the time to hand pour each candle.

How can you sell for less?
My wife and I are the only employees and we don't have a large shop. That and
we have searched and tried many suppliers to find the best value for a quality ingredient.

Do you drop ship to another address?
You can specify on the shopping cart an invoice address and a shipping address. We
do not drop ship for companies using their name at this time.

How long can I expect my order to take?
Most times we have orders sent within 7 days, but please allow us up to two
weeks. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and we sometimes get pretty
busy! UPS will send you an email when we ship your box. This is the email
address you provided in the shopping cart. If there is no email, then we cannot have a
ship notification sent to you.

How do you ship products?

All orders are shipped via UPS.
Shipping/Handling costs are determined by weight of your order and your location. If you are purchasing more then one item you will find that the shipping cost is much lower per item shipped. Shipping charges include insurance against damaged or lost merchandise.

I don't find your email address on your website.
We don't post it due to spammers sending "free vacations" and various other products
that we do not want or need. If you want to contact us, please use our "Email us" page.

Do have net terms or credit?
No we do not offer and credit terms or the likes. The costs associated with doing this is rather large and we would have to raise our prices. We feel that our products are priced low enough that most people can order a reasonable amount.

As always, if you have any comments or questions, please feel free to ask them. We almost
always can get back with you right away (same day). There are exceptions that we may not right away email you back, but never without good reason! We love our customers and try our best to please them :)
